In September 2022, the Young Leaders from the first two cohorts came together for the first AGYLE in-person week in Berlin. The week provided the young leaders with expert insights and plenty of opportunities for meaningful encounters, strengthening the network.

Over the course of three days, the program included exchanges with companies, an innovation workshop, a fireplace chat, and targeted networking formats.
