Each year, AGYLE invites 40 Young Leaders to an inspiring week filled with networking, company visits, and personal as well as professional development.

During the AGYLE Live Week, you will work hand in hand with ambitious talents from Germany and the participating African countries on forward-thinking challenges. You will test your leadership skills, deepen your intercultural understanding, and build valuable connections.

The annually changing focus theme always centers on shaping fair and sustainable German-African economic relations. This year’s theme is "GreenTech for Impact - Young Leaders shaping Climate-Smart Economies."
