African-German Young Leaders in Business
The African-German Young Leaders in Business network AGYLE brings together young innovative minds from Africa and Germany and lays the foundation for sustainable and agile economic cooperation. Through direct interaction and collaboration among participants, the African-German dialogue is strengthened, laying the foundation for a new economic partnership.
Each year, outstanding Young Leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Tunisia, Senegal, and Germany gather in Berlin, selected by an international jury.
The AGYLE Live Week offers them a unique platform for exchange, intercultural collaboration, and both personal and professional development. With inspiring leadership impulses, expert formats, and a strong network, AGYLE fosters sustainable connections across continents.

About Land of Ideas
Founded in 2006 on the occasion of the FIFA World Cup by the German government and the business community, Germany – Land of Ideas serves as a platform for innovative ideas. In collaboration with partners from business, politics, science, and society, Germany – Land of Ideas organizes idea competitions, publications, exhibitions, virtual formats, and international dialogues.
