African-German Young Leaders in Business
AGYLE brings together young leaders and entrepreneurs from Africa and Europe in a long-term business and alumni network. The programme aims to strengthen African–European economic dialogue, initiate cross-border cooperation, and promote sustainable and fair value creation across countries and continents.
Building on this, AGYLE fosters exchange among emerging decision-makers from African and European countries and strengthens personal networks as a foundation for long-term economic collaboration. Core programme elements include the annual AGYLE Live Week in Berlin, digital exchange formats, and cross-border alumni meet-ups.
Through personal encounters, hands-on exchange, and long-term alumni structures, AGYLE creates lasting connections between African and European leaders and actively contributes to international economic cooperation.
