African-German Young Leaders in Business

AGYLE brings together young leaders and entrepreneurs from Africa and Europe within a long-term alumni network. The programme aims to strengthen African-European dialogue, initiate innovative collaborations and promote sustainable, fair value creation across countries and continents.

The focus is on exchange between committed decision-makers from African and European countries who wish to take joint responsibility and shape the future. AGYLE specifically fosters personal connections as the foundation for impact-driven collaboration. Key programme components include the annual AGYLE Live Week in Berlin, digital exchange formats and cross-border alumni meet-ups.

Through personal encounters, practical exchanges and long-term alumni structures, AGYLE creates lasting connections between African and European stakeholders and makes an active contribution to international cooperation.
